On Monday ( Yesterday) at about 7:40am I was blind folded & taken down to Sydney Wildlife World with Marto & had 3 MASSIVE HUNSMAN SPIDERS Crawl over my body for 5min..
I managed to pass and score my self $1,000, but..
Would you do it??

Anyways here are some photos

Farkin hell !!!

I bloody hate spiders. That's a massive effort, $1,000 well earned.

I reckon for a grand I'd at least give it a shot. (Probably need a shot or 10 before I did it though to keep calm)

You start to learn if you move they move.. SO you just close your eyes & DO NOT MOVE.. You can hardly feel them when they crawl.. & when they are still you would never know they were on you!!

I had one tiny little black spider with a red stripe on its arse, crawl on me 10 months ago, and I'm still paying for it! So no thanks...

I didn't feel the bite when it happened. But the subsequant pain for the next 3 weeks was what I can only describe as having every single bone broken in my lower leg. I have NEVER known a pain like it ever in my life. I reckon you could have sawn my leg off without anesthetic at times, and I would not've even noticed... Oh, there was nuerotoxin affects aswell, which gave me cold sweats, shivering, and nausia for the 1st day.

nice work there fox33n, I don't think I can do that, but i'd give it ago for hat price.

Damn sydney siders have it hard, on nova in melb, they had the spiderman and they only needed the spider to be on them for around 30sec to 1min.

At least it was entertainment for the other drivers.. Never getting a yellow car again!!

They are green, can not stand bugs / insects that are green.. cicarders they are by far the worst!!

Kudos on the spider thing, I am a traditional female and am terrified of spiders. I don't like crabs/lobsters either so maybe it's an 8 legged thing.

Bugs I'm sorta ok with although those stick insects scare me.

What I don't like is that you find spiders and bugs somewhere in your house and have to wonder how long have they been there, how many times did you walk past them etc.

Although, logically, I can deal with the fact that bugs and spiders have a role to play in the ecosystem, they still give me a response instinct to run away.
LOL

See the thing is Tina....spiders are dead silent....one minute you are reading a book in bed, the next there is a huge huntsman on the wall beside your head. They should make them with bells....

You would've loved going for a drive in my mates car then. He discovered a spider was making webs on his corner panel window. So instead of spraying the hell out of it with mortein or something, he decided to leave bread crumbs for the creepy crawly and give him a name.

This went on for a few months unil the spider migrated to his dash, then he got rid of it. Just wanna throw in that we weren't and aren't best friends or anything.
