POWER STEERING FLUID CHANGE

Hey Peeps,just a question for ya's,have any of yous changed the power steering fluid yourselves? If so how did yous go about it?
Ive had a few quotes to get it done professionly but some of them were rediculously high :roll:
If any of yous guys with the manual could scan up the info for me it would be greatly apprieciated :wink:
