WRX scoop = hot.
Bonnet = gay, needs to be black.
Wheels = chrome is uber gay and from the 90s, black rims with polish other lip please!
GT wing - hotness black on white car.
Side skirts = where the hell on earth did he get those older cyber sidies from, must have been a modified car for ages?

Personally this car has caught my attention, if it was a hatch, I'd be bidding on it right now!!! Looks good, if I brought it, I'd just paint the bonnet black and sell the rims to some lebonese driver who loves chrome. Look like a super-tourer racer from the UK!!!

I could have boguhti t for $4K - returned to stock - have few left overs- sold the crap bits (my opinion) to people on here. Then sold it at my mates yard hmm 1.8L manual - 1.8L =good - manual = $500 loss , I'd say last time 96 hmm easy $7K.

oddly enough ... the desire to put chrome wheels on a car knows no cultural boundaries ... the lebanese guys I grew up with tended to put body coloured or silver wheels on cars ... most of the chrome was worn by the aussie guys ...

So... i like hardtops, that one looks pretty cool,not sure about the scoop, but agree that the hardtops bonnet can be bland, love the wing, hate the alloys, black alloys would def suite the car. Other than that... i like it lots.

its not just you, i can barely understand any of that.

this is similar to some of the ideas i have/had for my hardtop. black bonnet has been debated but too rice really, its wannabe carbon fibre look, but compared to harlequin its so much better.

what it needs is the black bonnet, the stickers for parts it doesn't have removed, from indicators shaved/JDM swap and black/charcoal race style wheels (lenso tenso DC5 style). then it would look clean and hot.

and i even have a white jdm front bar sitting in my garage! put a front lip on the front bar.. i'd replace the cannon exhaust with another of my unused goodies, a twin upturned 3" mufler, paint the bonnet black, the right alloys... I'd die a happy man.
Astina purchased for like 4 grand, drop 1 more in and that's it as farn as asthetics look goes, i'd be done, kind of :) Can you imagine? Steal Dan turbo set up, LSD in G-series box and all, and i'd be done! Ahh... if only.

oh yeah, replace the indicators with the crystal clear ones, white dials with brushed surrounds (another set of unused items on my shelf).
Now we get into the problem of modding, it never really ends! But i sure would like that astina!

Not unless they it's a solar powered wing, in which case it would ad like... 1/2 volt to what the battery is already pumping out :)

It's for downforce, to put more whieght on the rear wheels at higher speed so as to get more traction and therfore more drive, on a fornt wheel drive car, limited to roads where legaly u can't do more than a 110kph, no, of course it doesn't do anything. But then, i think you've missed the point as to y it's there in the first place.

Same reason the side skirts are there, and the empty feeds to nothing bonnet scoop, it's all for show.
