I have checked some strut sites like KYB, TOKICO, etc and found out that their strut codes for MX3 and Astina BG is identical. Does anyone have any idea about that? I can get MX3 V6 struts for my Astina in Turkey from the Mazda dealer. I assume that the OEM struts are the same for both cars.

well i just put some Koni adjustable (inserts) struts into the rear of the Astina on the weekend

these are from a BG 323 sedan
left side had the same part number as my astina..but the right side had a different part number?

but yes they will fit..even the top hat is the same

Edit; the EC based MX3's are the same chassie as the BG , just wider by a few mm so lower arms are different

I liked MX3 V6 stock set up so much. When I bought my Astina, unfortunately my set up was not original so that I am not able to compare. I am plannin to buy its original struts from Germany, then I can compare. I think my springs are original and still good to use.
