I just got shivers up my spine :eek:

I'd love to get a turtle, where in earth would i go to get a licence tho?

The RSPCA would be able to point you in the right direction, there are 2 tests that need to be done, you read a book and watch a movie, 1 multiple choice and one written, then by that they assesse you and give you the license...that was in NSW though, Since QLD is about 20 years behind you might go in for a reptile license and you might walk out with a Arms license...

I keep them in all different enclosures.

Also, On the note of getting a Recreational Wildlife Life (to keep reptiles, turtles etc) You need to go to Queensland EcoAccess website, download the PDF file, fill it out, Send off the $60 which is your licence for 5 years and a 20 page record book.
