clutch has died... some ******** visiting exhaust guy came down to the workshop and thought he'd try polish my intake with an angle grinder...

so need to detail the engine bay again and buff everything.... i hate people who ruin good work...

hope i can still go to the show... anyone who wants one of our turbo kits might just have to go on looks and no dyno figure... =( bit sad... we really wanted to know what it put down in hard numbers...

i'll be there with a few members from the Street Dreams car club whether my car is done or not... so come vote for us or if im not there vote for odd12c... help the astina dark side spread!! :lol:

i am so glad i havent been on the outside of an autosalon for a few years... i can still remember the wait in the sun outside... it sucks... specially at the new location at homebush... no shelter... =)

well i think you can prebuy tickets...

usually when ever we have been displaying our club or workshop cars they dont let US in before 9am... and there is noone there... 10ish and youd probably just walk striaght in... the bitch is that most good stuff... ie chicks, dj's and breakdancing as well as dyno runs dont happen till the afternoon when its most busy...

if i was actually going as a non-participant i would try and get in when it is not crowded.... it is usually as everyone has stated before very very packed... and if its hot youll get a nice tan before you even get to the door

I'm regretfully pulling out of Final Battle for this year. :cry:

There are a few reasons, but basically its just not a good time for me to head up to Sydney and put the car on display. A pity, coz I would've loved to have been there.

Good luck to those who are going, but I'm going to have to wait until the next Melbourne Auto Salon I guess.
