I am considering on as my next car (2001 - 2002 model), would I be so wrong if I slapped an AstinaGT sticker on it :?:

Same thing ... just different body
the Protege is in the Astina Workshop Manual ( as 'Sedan' ) , so I say that makes it count as an astina.
hehe
anything with a 323 in its name is good enough for me :)

Hmm, I want a sedan as the next car, but I would still take a hatch at the right price. It's looking more and more like an Astina or Laser again . . . . hmm. Dare I swing over to the Mazda crew?

Protege is to an Astina what a Commodore is to a HSV.
You should just get Astina haven't your learned from the
ugly Accent. You can dress up a bush pig in great clothes
and she's still a bush pig, yet a babe wearing anything, better
still nothing is always a babe. I know which I would prefer.

Mal, chill, I haven't settled on anything yet. It's just an option ok, I am also looking at an Astina SP20 at the moment so just wait and see what happens ok

Is cool mate, remarks weren't meant in anything but Jest.
I do think though that getting a nice car as a starting point
will give better results than a cheaper, not so stylish car
with heaps of mods. Cmon you didn't find the bush pig remark
funny. Maybe you don't frequent clubs where sometimes
the mutton as lamb come strutting there stuff.

Dunno, but it's all good.
Like I said . . . we'll see what happens. It's just in the "looking around" stages right now.
