LPG overnight from Sydney to Melbourbe

Hi Kids,
I'll be driving to melbourne from Sydney friday evening, getting Mel about 2am, then turning around coming back.
I'll be driving a ute thats only got gas, no petrol, range of 300kms only,
want to know, are there petrol stations that sell LPG open along the way? or will i get stuck on the side of the rode?

I would think you'd be right - there's plenty of servos on the way down, and most of them deal with trucks so would be open. But after Albury they do get less frequent.

i wouldnt say that. the only diffrence is you have to pull off the main drag into some of the towns along the way.

the notable roadhouses on the vic side of the border are just north of wangaratta, theres one just north of broadford and another i recall being near violet town.

man that sux, i cant remember where was wat since the lastime ive done that trip, coz i live in brisbane know and i just fly down if i have to go there.
