Is WOW really worth buying my mates are saying get it but i keep getting second thoughts for it. Tell me wat u guys think

Guild Wars is beta...Free too, once u buy the game then thats it, no monthly payments. We all love free :P

MEH wow is sooo over rated...only thing it has is its age and the amount of content...but now days it takes no time what so ever to get to highest level...
im playing warhammer online myself...its newer just 3months old there still trying to sort things out..and i think the monthly subscription fee is less than wow...
have you played any MMORPGs before???

i dont suggest wow...
what sort of game do you like??? do you like PvE (player vs environment) or PvP (player vs player)? i myself prefer the PvP style of game and that is why i love warhammer online over wow...
wow has a good PvE system in progress but WAR has an excelent PvP system...you can level alone in PvP in WAR...

ohh yeah by the way.. do you like being ganked when trying to level in a level 20-30 zone but then a level 70-80 comes up and kills ya then when you respawn gets ya again??? thats what got me away from wow about 3 years ago...
in war that cant happen unless if your flagged for PvP which makes it better...so you can level in peice as well...

hmm well that sux... You should have kept it like still have my 89 TX5 telsta Giha and my 85 BMW 318i ( just god rims for it looks hot) but i had to sell my first so i could get the astina.

i got it and i like it alot
im not sure about the duel part but i saw some guys doing it and i think you have to accept it first berfore you can fight. must have been and update for it

mc nuggets yes in sides land you can ask for a duel...but as soon as your in open land ie. not side controlled, you can be attacked by anyone on the opposite side...
and doesnt matter what level you or they are...
but glad you like it!!!

Honestly i have never played wow, reminds me of that runescape game which i didnt get back in the 7th grade lol
I'm Actually hanging out for Starcraft 2, BIG Fan. But yea if your in to massive multiplayer online games eve is alright and if your asian maple is always there ;p

That was my cure to WoW.
Honestly, WoW is far too addictive and time consuming. After 2 years I finally realized how much of my life it had taken away from me. As for reaching 70/80 and going around ganking low levels over and over again, yeah, it's incredibly fun for a while, but there will always be some fat, red haired, 9 year old kid on the other side of the world who is still better than you.
