Morning all,

Cleaning Products...

What is everybody using at the moment? I am about to head into Autobarn and get some gear. I really need something that will clean dead bugs off the front bar.
Also, what about polishes? McGuires (??), kitten...??

Thanks,
Bill

i use Auto Glym which i get from Autobarn. its not cheap but its pretty damn good !! :D

I might just mention that I've had trouble with meguires before, as those who have seen my cream seats would know, their interior cleaner ripped the dye right out of them. Very upset. It also left discoloration on the stock door trims.

out of interest, has any1 tried the stuff that is supposed to improve/revive the paint color ? does it work ? always wondered :?

lads, i bought the meguires bug and tar remover...

the only problem is, my f'n front bar is flaking. the fvckheads who resprayed it are useless. i'm taking it in during the week to make sure they will strip the bar and respray it (after phillip island cruise of course). it's only been on the car for 7 or 8 months, f'n ****s me. they have a good reputation and ringwood mazda use them for everything, but they can't even spray and fit a standard front bar for me!!! :x

McGuires yellow wax is good stuff to use to remove bugs you just have to put it on thick and it should remove it, its more exspensive but its worth it i use it on all the cars i detail. once that polish is on there in the future when u get bugs on it it only really takes sponging the car to get them off.
