Is it a pain in the ass or can we get the link to the IRC chat thingy on AGT????

It would be nice to be able to click on the link from the forum pages here instead of SyndicateHighSchool :roll: please..........

we imbed jIRC in clients websites all the time... makes it easier if your at work or an internet cafe

If your behind a proxy it prob wont connect. Austnet tends to G-Line every domain with the word proxy in it.

doesn't work for me..

how do u UN-decline the prompt to install the jchat program? i did it a while a go on another site... since then i haven't been ableto chat via a web browser, never get that prompt come up again. =(

Depends on the dns name of the proxy. Our proxy is proxy.domain.com whereas yours maybe internet.blah.com.

I think they gline anything with the word proxy in it. Well thats what the gline says anyway :)

from what i understand it should be able to accept socks4 proxies only. http or socks5 arnt supported.

i wonder if its getting blocked by a firewall/proxy, or if its just a sh*t applet :?

it works for me tho


i should mention that maybe security settings on ppls browsers may affect the applet. u may need to get the latest JVM, and please keep ur arms in the vehicle at all times :wink:
