Hey guys,

As you know, I was meant to pick up my car yesterday from the smash repairs with the new front bumper... I took it is last thursday (as booked in), only for them to tell me they are too busy and to come back wednesday (how convenient, pff).

Went back wednesday, dropped the car off, was there 6pm yesterday to pick it up.... my BRAND NEW front bar had been DAMAGED!!! To make matters worse, they put it on the car as if to say that car was finished!!!! fukn tools... I left it there last night, hoping to pick it up tonight, if not, I will be oh so very peeved.

Why do they do this to me?! I hate public transport!!!

Most panel beaters are pig rooters, the guy that fixed my panel told me that he would go round the car and take out all the stone chips for his quoted price. I thought this was quite good cos there are a **** load of stone chips on my car.

Anyhow, went to pick up the car yesterday and too my amusement, only the panel and the rear bar has been re-sprayed and the rest hadnt been touched. When questioned he says.... "I didnt realise how many stone chips were there... so I didnt do em would have to charge you more money".

Should have got the quote on paper so I could shove it up his ass and say fix it bizatch but for the price I got it done... I cant really complain.[/color:post_uid0]

hehehehe, I don't think he'd have been too helpfull after you inserted his quote up his arse. *Paper cuts really hurt :p *:p

But let this be a lesson - ALWAYS get a written quote. The you have a legal right to ram it up his duff.[/color:post_uid0]

Quotes don't mean jack - "Prices (or quotes) subject to change without notice". Find that displayed anywhere, and you quote is useless.[/color:post_uid0]
