I saw a Familia today!!! [Archive]

So I'm driving in Mooloolaba today and I saw a Mazda Familia today. But it ain't a regular one we are used to.

It have a BHA front and was 3 doors, and was fitted with BG Astina series 2 alloy rims.

I was like WTF!!!

BHA3S I think the model is. It was this but in grey and without the rear wing. Same wheels tho. The rear end is butt ugly. (Excuse the pun.)

That one posted above looks fantastic! It's like the twisted lovechild of a BHA protegé and a Civic with just a hint of a Nissan GTIR and a Mitsubishi Mirage. Is that a Corolla front bar?

Google images says you're right, it's an Astra front bar. Looks the goods too, I wonder what other combinations you could get away with...

Heh, not sure you could comply one. Personal import (i.e. you have to live there for 12 months) from NZ or Japan would be no problem though

You're right.. they do look like a Civic and a Proton mixed together. My Civic would like that as a sister LOL.. If I could own one I'd definately join the "two car" crew :o

Heh, not sure you could comply one. Personal import (i.e. you have to live there for 12 months) from NZ or Japan would be no problem thoughyeah you would be able to i guess as it wasn't sold in oz. and if they are more than 15 years old, even easier again.
