Long story short: I've always wanted to start my own business, I have just never had enough life experience/time/resources. finally I have overcome a few of them. Basically I am stuck in that position where although I quite enjoy my job, im starting to live there, take home the grievances mentally and its taking a pretty big toll on me.

Basically I want to look at starting up some sort of small venture quite soon so I thought I would put a shout out to see if there is any likeminded people out NSW way (2/3/4/more heads are better than 1).

I still haven't quite worked out what venture I really want to go into (I have a few business plans set up, its still in the phase of me critiqueing them for feasability, ability of startup and if it would actually be successful in the market.) I'm also open to anyone's ideas if they have a venture that they would like assistance/investment in (once again based on if it is sustainable and the chance of it succeeding)

Unfortunately all I really have onboard at the moment for myself is experience in marketing/business management/sales/customer relations (hehe if you could call it that with my current job!) Thankfully I also have free help from my cousin who I've supported for years as he was trying to get into graphic design, finally he has and his work is quite good, he has already designed a few things for websites and logos for me.

/Rant.

on a lighter note, here I sit after getting home at 5am, and still awake doing paperwork thats due tonight by midnight, my only 3 days off in this fortnight :O

Cheers, chris.

hehe, well im trying. at the moment I don't have enough time to make the bike business full time (due to still having a job). Though Im starting a semi-small business between me and my cousin. Same as alot of the other design companys that design logo's and similar for businesses or people, and can provide them straight up, or outsource to some local companies for print / product solutions. theres a few small local printing companies that need the business so are happy to do deals if I chose them as a sole provider. As long as I can undercut alot of the main design companies im fine, the printers have their own rates and ill just add a service fee ontop of that so im not out of cash.

Nice Ghoru. well, I'm registering the business and getting the ABN tomorrow, my cousin the graphic designer is all onboard and hopefully more opportunities come in the future. Can't get anywhere if you don't try!
