Not really major service only items i listed . most cars dont get the fuel filter done if they dont go to a dealer

I was told by mazda the major services are done at 80k intervals? Here's (http://www.club323f.com/?page_id=1258)a list for the BA found on 323f, they don't have an equivalent for the BJ on the site:

I tend to change the oil filter every time I change the oil, ie roughly every 5000kms. Do I need to? Do you guys?

I change oil every 3000km and my filters every 6000km. it can't hurt to be anal. (no jokes)

What about the BA is it the same as a rule of thumb?
maztech

Yeh the ba is on similar servicing early ones were on a 7500km intervals ( totally different though) but seriers 2 and 3 the same except for the fuel filter which is done every 50000

265,000km and no fuel filter done, issues?

if you get good fuel no probs , they are cheap to buy , dirty filter will restrict flow and lead to injector pintles getting fouled

Simple rule when buying fuel never get it straight after a tanker has been there. What happens is it stirs up the water thats in the storage tanks that they use as ballast .
