he states on add........"no refunds", "bid you buy" etc.

a) When asked simple questions concerning the part he is auctioning, he doesn't know ****.
b) When asked for better pics he waits till people start bidding then gives you statements like "couldn't be bothered with the details" "want it sold" "either bid or don't!" "I couldn't care!"

too right! I would have ended up with wrong part & no chance of refund. He was your typical arrogant prick! Just want people to be aware

report him to ebay! people selling things need to give information on what there selling if they dont im sure they are breaching the rules...
