Door sills

can anyopne give me some clue as to how to remove the stock door sills without damaging them.

[color=#000000:post_uid0]stick a screwdriver wrapped in electrical tape (so as not to damage the paint) under them, and lift. they're held on by 3 or 4 clips at even spaces along the sill[/color:post_uid0]
