New Member: Protege5 from the US...

Been looking on this site now for almost a year, but finally decided to join up, I have no clue why I never did before, but glad to be on here now...

I have had the Protege5 now for 2 years and got it with 38,000 miles...it now has approximately 110,000 miles...I am the 5th owner and got it completely stock...on the 3rd motor now as I blew the first two up...

i like it. it looks good. im also a bit confused about the banana thing, but hey, whatever floats your boat! what plans have you gotten for it now?

Plans for now are nothing really lol...I have pretty much gotten everything done exterior to it as well as every motor bolt on I can think of other than cams/cam gears/Underdrive Pulleys...I am very satisfied with the car as it sits now...

As for the bananas, not sure how it is there, but in the US we have a ton of Honda/Acura guys with the "tow hook" vinyls on their cars that will have stuffed animals hanging off of them, so it is really just a joke on them which is the reason the arrow says fresh produce as opposed to the traditional saying...hope that makes a bit of sense...
