Have you got CAMS? Cause I heard L2S won't cut it for this event.

A L2S licence entitles the holder to compete in L2NS events plus regularity trials up to National Championship level, single and multi-car speed events (not racing) up to International level, and touring road events that do not run over closed road sections.

I'd believe this is a multi-car speed event (not racing) up to international level.

I doubt you'd need a higher grade of license due to the regs only requiring you to have a regular seat belt as a minimum fitted or the class.

Otherwise a PC or PCC license would be required. Which sucks if so. :(

Haha I always have a chat to that guy when i'm sprinting. He is so sh!t scared of that car but he is gaining confidence. I find it funny when he shoots down the straight reaching 220km/h he always puts his foot on the brake 50m either side of the kink at lakeside. Top car if someone had the nuts to drive it at full potential.

OK since nobody seems like they know what they are doing. I'll do this:

I'll be going the coastal rd (Pac Hwy) all the way down to Seven Hills in NSW because that's where my accommodation is and that's the route I know. I'm leaving at 4am on Thursday (20th May) and should probably get there at around 3-4pm if we have a few breaks ie Coffs, Newcastle etc.

I you feel this is for you, send me a PM and we can arrange a meeting point, either way, I like to drive down with or without, I just like driving...lol

The choice is yours...

EDIT: We can also do the Lions Rd. / Summerland Wy / Pacific Hwy / Syd, Newcastle Fwy route if you like scenic stuff but I dont know the route that well cause I haven't done it since I was a kid.

There's a few of us in Sydney from OZMAZDA going to take a look as well on the Saturday + a few coming up from Melbourne.

I'm tempted to put the Mazda 3 into the Show and Shine on the Saturday as well........ It wouldn't have a chance in hell of winning a trophy, but just to get the Mazda name out there in the Mod scene.
