I want to put up a post and insert a picture into it, how is this done?

I had a read of the help but I still dont get it

very easy mate
picture has to be hosted somewhere.
eg "http://www.hot4s.com/pic.jpg"

to put a post showin that pic

u need the click the "img"button
type in the address and click the "img" button again.

If you need someone to host your image, I've got some spare space, but will remove the image after a couple of months, so keep a copy!
