Hi all,

Has anyone used/heard EIBACH springs at all?

Worth it? too much money?

Twilightprotege is the only in Aus that I know who uses them on an SP20. Have a chat to him about it. They're highly spoken of in the US though. Ahb11m also uses them on his protege I think.

When I was looking at springs for my SP20, I was quoted twice as much for Eibachs as I was for a set of King springs. I have no doubt that the Eibachs are very nice, but the extra money you'll save may be better spent elsewhere on a separate mod.

yep i have eibachs. love them. they are actually one of the stiffest springs you can get for the sp20, but the hardness of them doesnt come in to play until you hit the corners. that's coz they are progressive rate springs.

eibachs are pretty much the world leader in spring design, development and manufacturing. they make almost all race springs (they get re-badged as other brands a lot of the time)

you can pick up eibach springs for around $200usd new, plus damn postage (worst part).

I can get them for $400 as well... but right now.. I have decided to raise my car.. its going to be a small 25mm drop instead of the 40mm drop it has right now.

I got sick of speed humps, scrapes etc etc.. so I am getting my 40mm KMAC front and 40 mm Kings Rear springs out, and using 25mm KMAC front and back.

Okie... My car is now raised.. went from 40mm KMAC front 40mm Kings back to 25mm KMAC front and back...

I have to say the KMAC combo is much much better than the KMAC, Kings combo, the kings were just too soft.

Will pics up soon
