Trying to find some eibach springs for my sp20 hatch are the pro kit protege 95-98 one's the go or not. will i have to get some new shock absorbers as well

Your car is not a 95-98 so those springs are wrong.
Your shocks will be more worn than your springs so replace them for better effect.
