ODD.12C - Rod, is your kit know as the "Stealth" kit? The Spoiler shop also have one for the BJ astina called Stealth, as seen here: http://www.spoilershop.com.au/front/Body_Kits/body_kits.html
Just search for Mazda Astina kits.
Would that be a title or copywright issue of some sort???

It probably won't matter too much, The Spoiler Shop is selling kits called "Stealth" for numerous cars, not just the BJ Astina, sounds to me like a generic name they use. But, I would still be keen to hear the outcome.
They sell goodies for the BG too!!!

So they are not using the official Talon names for kits, rather just uding the same term for all??
So there's no issue with your kit using that name?

Unless you register the name then case closed, it's up for grabs and I don't believe you can register a name that is a dictionary word. IE 'stealth'
Their is a company in Adelaide who make a stealth and have done for eight or so years. OK it's a boat but a realy sexy boat.
