Hey guys,

Looking at upgrading suspension ATM. Control arm bushes are gone as are the outer CV boots. Anyone have any suggestions for good upgrades from these parts i.e brands. Also what are some handy upgrades for relatively few $$$?

I was thinking lower springs, shocks, maybe sway bars, control arms???

What have people used and what is good?

rear sway bar + bushes.
front sway bar bushes.
both front + rear swaybar end links (currents are buggered).
front control arm bushes.
front strut brace.

none of these are relatively few $$$.

brands = whiteline, nolathane, superpro. whiteline and superpro is you want better and and increased NVH. nolathane is you wanna keep the car stock feeling.

Good luck getting new boots. Cheapest retail place for new cvs is bursons. Only have a one year warranty vs repcos 5 years. superpro for bushings, or nolathane if they don't have any stock. Suspension is open. I'll have a set of used springs and shocks for sale shortly cheap but if buying new, maybe yellow speed racing coilovers. Depends what you're looking for.
Whiteline make a cheap swaybar too, also through either gsl or wholesale suspension here.

How much difference will there be between nolathane and whiteline control arm bushes? Would there be any appreciable difference?

Try to get superpro or whiteline, heard a few more complaints from notalane. They are stock replacements rather than an upgrade...

Stay Away from the Nolathane. Require frequent re-greasing and really IMO from my experience experts to install with out damage.
I moved to one half-way - no longer made I think or not positive a NOLTEC products were used by this company to recondition control arms. Not sure if they were one of the same.
But 100% better product, for street use.
Nolathane is best for track only use.
