Final costs to be confirmed.

2 bushes per window, 1 of each type, whole car = 8 bushes, 4 of each type.

Bushes are $2.00 + GST

Moulds are $185 + GST

Minimum order for each bush is 100, enough for 25 cars.

Total $847.

10 peeps = $84.70
15 peeps = $56.47
20 peeps = $42.35
25 peeps = $33.88

Interested?
(Only put you name down if you are happy with the 10 peeps cost please, any cheaper will be a bonus)

Hello Everyone,

I am new in this forum and I am planning on group selling frameless window repair kit (bushing/runner) for the Mazda 323F model. I myself own the same model and I find it annoying when I hear it rattle.

Do you want the whole kit or just the bushing?

The price is yet to be determined once I get an update from my supplier.

I need a list of prospective buyers so that I can forecast how much is needed to be manufactured.

Im still surprised Mazda never thought of doing these as spare parts (or any aftermarket ones), alot of people must have complained about this problem around the world.

they do, and they have been on backorder for many years.

Been emailing people about being machined, injection moulded and 3D printing

So far only been replied with machining, around $30ish each bush

project.r.racing
30-05-2014, 04:49 PM
That way more than my option.

FWIW I'll have a set for drivers window (but guessing they are all the same)...

mine kind of enjoys doing the Macarena on the way down..an seems to want to fall through to China if not careful...

Surely there is an international demand for these parts?

BrownDog
12-07-2014, 08:57 PM

I am happy to make contact again with the poly bush place I orginally conversed with. But I am very busy and do not have time for time wasters.

But same stipulations at last time. And those prices from post #1 were pre carbon tax 12-18 months ago. So expect at least a 15-20% higher pricing amount, maybe more.

It is as simple as an email to find out prices, but I do not want to keep emailing this mob and look like a d!ckhead when not going through with it.

So post up your interest here. If we can get 10ish peeps interested. I'll make the email. I will wait 7 days to lay this thread to rest.

Again, posting will be an agreement that you are happy with the prices from post #1, and that you will recieve enough bushes for a whole car (8 in total).

If you dick the process around, you will be named and shamed accordingly...

You have until 20/7/14...

Just digging up an old thread.
With all of the messing around with the 929 power window I have found a business in Brisbane who stocks these guide rollers.
Contact out PowerWin.com.au 07 3267 8998
I didn't ask for a price, I thought you could do that when you call them ;)

BrownDog

Part 1: Window Regulator Guide Bush.
All you have to do is drill out the old post and this one is a direct replacement that bolts into place. More photos to come...

Hello there, I'm a long term member on club323f.com but never posted here before :)

Just the same as the UK supplied kits available.

Would really appreciate if someone could point me at one of these kits please, I've never seen one before

If this is not available in the UK very interested in joining this group buy can anyone advise what postage I'd be looking at, I'm in the UK.

Thanks...great forum by the way.
