Looking to buy new or reconditioned struts for the hatchback (door, not suspension). Thought I would try on here, as the ones I got off eBay didn't fit.

Also, looking for the front badge, I think they were either Mazda or the different Astina design? The badge on the back is the Astina design, not the standard Mazda one. I will add a photo on here tonight.

Am happy to organise pickup from anywhere, or pay for postage, if the price is reasonable.

hey mate, any chance you could link the place where you bought the stuts and tell us why they didn't fit? As I would like to buy new ones too :)

thanks!

Sorry, was a long time ago (for my memory, anyway). They came in a cardboard tube without any branding, so I can't remember, and they have disappeared off my eBay history as well. They didn't fit as they were too short by about 30-40 mm (or maybe too long ).

Maybe someone who has successfully bought struts off eBay that Do fit can post on here. If I buy off eBay, I will get the seller to confirm closed and extended lengths to check the fit.

Cheers

Here's the Astina badge on the back. Just wondering if any of the Astinas had this on the bonnet/front bumper, or were they all the Mazda badges?

Cheers guys. Have sourced the badge from Pr1mo, and ordered the struts from Repco, should be there today, around $45 each, for the record.
