Man thats just screaming for a big turbo.
Don't think the standard turbo could even fill
those 3" pipes or are they 2.5".
Love the position of the BOV and also the polishing
on the intake manifold. Well done. That will
end up being a great looking engine bay when its
all finished. Lastly that I/C is huge. Love it.
Makes mine look like it was stuck in the oven and
shrunk !!
Cant wait to see it.

hehehe thanks guys...
It would be nice to actually have it running.. there is one ignition wire stopping me...
I should have it going tonite fingers crossed... who knows
My piping is 2.5" and my mechanic said the piping is meant to be the same size as the inlet on the plenum because if its too small or two big it will create to much turbulance in the plenum... Thats one person's opinion/research
The cooler fitted before with the front bar.. I had to hack it out but some how I dont think it will fit... oh well the joys of heavy modifications...[/color:post_uid0]

Nah he's on the money. Everybody says run the same size
as the manifold after the I/C. You run smaller on the hot
side to match the out of the turbo to keep the velocity
up to reduce lag. So having 2.5 on the hot side is just
screaming for a larger turbo like I said before.
Hope you get it running as cant wait to hear it going on
the weekend. How hard was the polishing on the intake ??

very! its half polished.. looks worse than before
I gotta do it properly later or just buy a custom plenum.. which ever comes first... It would be nice to have it running.. just been so busy with everything lately...[/color:post_uid0]
tony, make sure you do everything slowly and properly.
are you going to have it dyno tuned first?[/color:post_uid0]

Running standard ecu for now... I aint modifying the engine hardcore.. I want 135kw @ wheels and I will be happy then.
Later down the track I will sell the car and buy my Mazda 6 MPS or my black GS300/400.
I want other things like wide body, jap deep dish VIP rims, Sunroof, Red leather interior, TV/DVD and PS2 and bright blue to bright green paint PPG
but why do that when I can save for a luxary car...[/color:post_uid0]
very true![/color:post_uid0]
