How about if we were to hook it up with the azm cruise. Those that want to pick up only could head off on the cruise.
Others could help each other to install instead of cruise, or perhaps even meet earlier to install before cruise...

Well I work out of Port Melbourne, but I'm a consultant, so I travel around... And I live in Essendon...
