Flatemate dropped a bombshell on me that he is
moving out. Looking for someone thats reliable
considering the pending RPTV, HI-FI, PC stuff that
I have. So if anybody has a friend looking for a place
in the shire let me know.
Its a large 2BR unit, 2 toilets, 1 Bathroom and share
DLUGarage. $130 a week.

p.s I know I could do it alone but with $600 a month
maintenance for Josh & full rent thats half my wages and I
want to get an investment unit when I get a new job.
p.p.s I cant kill Joshua to reduce my maintenance. Thought
