leccy problem-nothing works!!!!

hi guys,
got in my car last night, started it, and coz it was raining turned the wipers on. nothing happened!!! i then tried the rear wiper, nothing!!!
also not working was windscreen washers, heater,leccy windows and sunroof.
stereo, lighter, leccy mirrors,central locking, lights etc. were all ok.
i had a quick look for the problem but it was raining. so i got back in car and turned it off then started it again and everything was fine!!!!
anyone got a clue what happened?
i`m presuming the non working items have a shared earth connection somewhere but where??? :?

basically anything off the seconf ignition iwre was stuffed... your key barrel may be getting old and worn

If it was raining and you had dicky electronics... why would you try the sunroof? :D :D :D

Just asking for trouble. :lol:

i thought that about the barrel but wasn`t sure if it wears or if it might be a loose wire on the back of the barrel.
i`ll prob have a look see at the weekend :wink:
