How come know one posted the details of the shop in Sydney before?

I paid US$139 ($57 postage and $82 for the lights) which is about AUD$200 and apparently you dont pay customs duty on items less than US$200 and I got the guy in US to mark it as secondhand.

I wonder how much the Sydney shop charge for a set as a comparison.
Anyone know ?

Bought from Go_Fast_R shop on E-Bay.

email : go_fast_r@hotmail.com (tell him Claude from Adelaide rcommended him).

p.s. they have received the money order from WU Bidpay and nowhave 3-6 days waiting for the parcel to arrive. I better tell my mates in Quarantine (where i work too) to keep an eye out for it at the Mail exchange.

just a touch more expensive - almost 45%, and without that carbon fibre look too :(

The problem with a lot of these model specific parts is that Australia stores/sites are either too expensive or do not even have the part. It's a little annoying, but I guess some people have to follow the crowd with their WRX/lancer/skyline's.

Have finally arrived.
Though I am now trying to sourche cheap series II wiring looms to fit the lights onto my car.
Am dreading going to Mazda,as i refuse to pay more than $50 for the pair. Am hoping someones bunged up their car and they have spare wiring looms at a wreckers. Hopefully this weekend they will be on and next week some pics too.
I'll also get around to getting measurments on my Pace Header extractors for those of you who have been wanting this info though the cost of these you will need to talk to your local exhaust specialists but expect around at least $800.

The quote I just got was $700 for the pacemaker headers and a 2.25" system with one hotdog and one replacement muffler, installed.

That's not a bad deal chipa. Do you know approximately how much for the pacemaker headers alone?

your neck of the woods must be pretty expensive i was quoted 550 for pace makers a 2.25" system with one hot dog, a resonator and stainless steel mufler fitted

is the piping stainless steel or something

Nope! Only problem is I'm not sure how good the pacemaker's are or even what the exact design is... I may be better off importing an OBX set and using that.....

Hi-Res

I ended up having to buy the wiring looms through Mazda as none of the wreckers in Adelaide had any...Mazda 323 drivers must be pretty good at obeying the road rules and avoiding accidents here in Adelaide.
They ended up costing me around $130 for the 2 wiring looms (Left and Right) as well as the bulbs as they are a different fit to the series 1.
The lights arent too bad to fit on, just a lot of fiddling around to get to the loom connectors to disconnect the standard loom and connect the series 2 loom. I ended up cutting small holes into the panel work above the exisiting holes in the boot above where the factory removable covers are (small round circles) just to get at the connectors.
anyway...not impossible justfiddly.
Oh...mazda don't keep the series 2 looms in stock and you may have to order and wait 3 weeks like I had to so dont take too long before you order.
My lights are a near perfect fit with minor gaps, but others have reported that they have had to file the back of the altezzas to help the lights get to be abetter fit. I guess it depends on the make of the altezzas.
good luck and hope it looks sweet.
