Hey guys,
Looks very nice mate!!

It's probably 1/2 to 2/3's the thickness of a typical fridge manget, and comes rolled up in a bundle no more than 2.5" across. So it's quite flexible, and at a guess the mat and channel would weigh no more than 1kg combined, if that?

Half mean maybe, when the SP18 project is completed it'll be FULL mean! I don't know about the popups, but I'm sure your girlfriend could wear it when it's not on the car...
Looks great
How clean is your car!!
Grrr, noticed a couple of hard water spots there, very embarresing after such a nice comment. I do wash it religiously, Christmas, Easter, etc...

Look for your car here guys http://www.magnetbra.com/models.html

I can get to the bonnet release still just as easily, the channel you can see is steel reinforced but not terribly thick. However my bonnet sits slightly off centre and a little higher on one side since the strut brace went on, so the channel is touching the guard on the r/h side. When I get around to trimming the excess channel length off, I will recentre my bonnet (and hope it's not the strut brace pushing it off centre!).
It got to me in around 1 week, I was very impressed with Rob's service and response to my email enquiries.
Payment was a pain in the arse using the online order form link to PayPal. You are better off becoming a PayPal member so that you can pay direct to his email reference, and send him (Robert) an email followup with the receipt number.

Take it easy,
Gav.

Too late for you car little dude, although I suppose you cover the stone chips up so we don't have to look at them! :D
Seriously, you have no actual grill infront of your bonnet so it would be on the difficult side of things as far as clearance goes for the channel. And you need that channel for when you are doing HOON800 speeds around Nebo, otherwise you'll have a Go Go Gadget sun shield...
Stronger magnetic sheet?

[/quote]can you get one for the pop up?

yeh, then you flash your lights at someone and it becomes a windscreen magnet!!!!
