Hey guys not sure if many of you know me but yer just letting you know about my car and its non existance anymore! Theres a new Project on the way though!!
Just letting you know exactly what happened 1am saturday the 15th jan. I was driving along Glebe road adamstown towards adamstown and as I got to the top of the first crest a 300ZX who was travelling the opposite direction went to turn right into maquarie street and did not give way to me as I was going over the crest I did not see him till I got to the top and it was to late. The man driving the 300 was DRINK DRIVING I am fine cracked rib. another of my mates has a broken collar bone and the other tim (TRP33R) has got minor lacerations. Lucky I was only doing about 55kms/h otherwise things would have been MUCH worse thank god for airbags.

Very glad to hear you aren't badly injured from this. *hugs*
I know the road you are speaking of, as I lived in Newcastle for many years.
I lived on the corner of Glebe Road and Darby Street.
The entirety of Glebe Road is a traffic hazzard.
Keep your chin up, and look forward.
We look forward to hearing about the new project, so please keep us updated.
*hugs*

Glad to hear you and your mates are not seriously or permanently damaged,
Dam dood sorry to hear about the car, looked a goodun,
have drivers taken a step back lately?
seriously there are some dead ****s out there,
Last week I saw 2 crashes in two days, both down to BLATANT stupidy.
One a guy tried to turn right on a 6 lane road (Pennant Hills Rd) without looking or slowing below 50, almost made it past a car in the closest lane, just clipped it and spun if it was a square hit would of been a coraner call. If I was in the crash I would smacked the guy as soon as he got out of his car, hell I wanted to and was a bystander.
I volunteered to be a witness (the victim wasn't intrested) cause that was a friggin suicide attempt, wether or not he thought of it as such dunno but I would say that turn at that speed without looking would result in death say 20% of the time, (FYI the street between the big servo at pennant hills and the KFC at about 7pm on a weekday).
another a guy just pulled out of a servo into on coming traffic.
all you can do is be prepared ie watch the road while going to speed limit.

The other guy had no insurance so my insurance will work it all out and regarding the new project, all good things come in 3's guys ;)

How come your insurance is gonna do it? Won't that affect your no claim bonus and you'll end up having to pay the excess?! Even if he had no insurance you have a right for legal action, especially considering he was DUI!
I like the sound of the 3's maybe do i hear the noise of a nice new sp23 driving along! :)

That's why you have insurance. They take the time and effort to screw him over while you get on with your life. I believe insurance is void anyway if you're DUI.
Sad 'bout the old ride, hope the injuries heal quickly and leasons learnt from previous mods make the next one easier ;)

When I see an accident, sometime I just want to yell at the idiot that caused it! accidents can be avoided, dont be a hero!
