hey all,
I will be on tonight from 6 - 10pm to help get everyone upto speed with xlink kai. to get information on this you dont even need to have your copy of GT4 yet. just MSN me dynoman86@hotmail.com and ill talk you through the steps about how to get onto Xlink and all chat in the main arena.


IMPORTANT. i will create a password protected room for us to race in with the xlink software. the password shall be ASTINAGT (origional eh!)

you can get xlink from www.teamxlink.co.uk

we may get some races up and running tonight however im not fussed if we dont. this is more a "get us upto speed" session.

bump peoples. bit of an information night/get together online tonight 6 - 10pm. even if you dont have all the gear togo yet it may be worthwhile coming along and hearing what people who have it going have to say

With all the PS2's in cars these days, wouldn't suprise me if someone tried it!!

Well, I picked up a network card for the PS2 today and, with a bit of stuffing around with dhcp and daisy chaining routers for extra length, I *think* I've managed to get GT4 to work online. Only catch is, I haven't tested it as yet as all the people using xlink have private rooms etc. setup, so I don't know if it will actually get into a race.

If anyone wishes to help me out sometime, shoot me an email/pm or msn...

me and james had a bit of a hitout on sunday arvo. went good a little laggier than what i have experienced against other drivers however it worked sweet in the end :)

maybe ti was a touch laggy because you had your setup daisy chanied i dunno one cord from here to there might increase performance :)

oh and i got mauled bigtime :P
