I went down to the drag strip last night in the KLZE V6 laser..

had ~ 9 runs it was alot of fun..

The V6 laser is very consistent and I never (not even my most crap launch) got slower than 14.7 (My MX6 is all over the place with times).

And I only lost to one car all night it was a mega beast from the usa… (a true 11 second car) but I didnt line up on every one..

the times are Not as fast it could be (as I still cant launch lol).. but,,,,,

not bad for a N/A 17 yr old laser..

I took some vid from inside the car (Low ress from my little still/vid cam).

Nice question post whore...mmm lets see if you've been paying attention :o
It is only fwd
I didn’t build this one .. it was a friend of mine that has owned the car since new.. he only recently decided to pass her on..
It has the motor from a J-spec probe and the trans from a j-spec lantus. (LSD). .
He did use a front cut for the loom and all, an custom drive shafts..
Well done on the times, how was the launches with the LSD??
Its great to see a KL-ZE doing what it was meant to be doing, now I am getting eager to get my conversion going but I still have some goodies to organise and pay for. Its not a cheap exercise when youre chasing 200whp ALL MOTOR but I am sure I will appreciate the effort when its completed and I will have dyno results for you all
Well done again on the times

I tackle the difficult question first.
First combine Electrical tape and passenger seat thusly.. Whilst inserting camera ,taking extra care no to cover the lens..

the LSD is good I think . I'm just not used to it.. very dif from the phantom grip in the MX6

You wouldn't know how the durability of the Lantis LSD is with high whp figures
Do you know where you sourced the LSD box from and how much may they want for the diff or box/diff and if they have a successful ability to track them down???

KCV6 in autospeed (I assume while still owned by the previous owner as it was aaaages ago). There's a bit about the box/lsd in there, but iirc it was about as descriptive as "...was specially found/imported by the importer"...
