I just spent an hour or so searching for a thread i read a while back on the windows of a ba not shutting properly (top hits rain gutter and sits about 5 mm out). If anyone remembers i think it said that its caused by the power window going up a little too high, and that it was fixed by adjusting the range (max up) point on the window. Any help would be apreciated as this is really starting to **** me. Thanks.

You've hit the nail on the head. The window has two stops at the top which need to be adjusted down a little.
