Consumables:
Leads: Custom 10.5 mm Leads from QIL
Plugs: Covered.
Belts: not so sure. Need to find out exact lengths etc
Hoses: Not so sure either.
What elese have I missed?

fuel pump: Should I get a new one or use the one in the cut?

Cooler: Using the one in the cut.

ECU: Stock

Rubber: Money! Hopefully new ones, fronts at least if not all 5 new.

Also, somewhere with the specs of a BPT engine would be nice.

Fuel pump is in the tank not in the engine bay so your half cut wont have one you can
buy an uprated skyline one etc for $30-$50.

If you dont know the specs of a BPT by now I suggest you do a lot more research
cause if you dont know the basics like output you cant have looked at too many sites.
Also the factory I/C is a piece of **** I wouldn't recomend using it unless it was a last
resort.

I agree, replace the cooler and piping while its convenient.
I believe intercooler and piping are a considerable cost - though not sure how much.

oil. oil filter, coolant, injector cleaning, intake piping from BPT air flow meter to turbo, and I would replace most sensors while you can and its convenient - EGO, thermo, oil etc

Take a look at your engine mounts too because theyre a bitch to replace once the engine is in. replace if badly worn or cracked at all

does the stock ecu plug into your dash plugs or will that need some wiring ?

BG is plug and play as far as the swap goes the only wiring is spilcing the fule pump wire

Belt sizes you will match to the ones on the engine and water hoses you will match
to your car. You take your belts down to the spare parts place to match and whilst
there get a BG 1.8 upper and lower water hose.

well about the clutch you better make sure its right for the engine?
mine had a stepped clutch in it or somthing. and a lot of the BGs dont. not sure if this has been a problem with anyone else though.
thoguht about buying a cat n a muffler from ebay? will save you HEAPS
like a cat on ebay is $100
a cat at echaust shop is $300!
RIIPP OFFFFF

maybe u should get some slotted rotors for the front with all that extra power youll have after its done :D

also as mal didnt mention :P Be careful with them hoses!! $65 for the bottom one ! cough cough rip off cough.

Oh a sheet of gasket material wouldnt go astray as well its easy to make ya own gaskets n if you stuff something up when your puttin it back together you can easily like make a new one without going ... " hmm **** "
