just wondering how i can get my avator size down... i had to delete it because it took up half a page!!
i don't think it automatically crops images in our avators....

any help?

If you have image editing software, change the size that way, otherwise, there doesn't appear to be any way to do it on this board software

Yeh, software like Adobe Photoshop or something similar. You may even be able to do it in Microsoft paint, but i can't remember if it's just Bitmaps that it saves

i've cleaned up the avatar problem. every1 with the dodgy avatar has had their avatar reset, so just go in and re-set them.

well, they're limited by phpBB to 100x100 pixels, but Dave thinks it the reason that some are huge is because they were large on the old boards (but the old board resized them)and have therefore not been picked up by the new board when it was ported across...

You could see the top half before, but it wasn't moving, and you couldn't see anything below the waist.

I uploaded it using ASCII mode, I can normally get away with it, but it needed to be uploaded in BINARY mode, and now it works.
