hi guys,
my name is silas... we're organising a trackday and we need few more cars.... hope some of you can join us....

its a WHOLE DAY event!!! time: 9:00am-5:00pm

we are aiming for 28 cars at the moment.... but more number will be added
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:
1. this is a non-competition and non-profit event.
2. we will divide into groups. 7 cars each group.
3. car will be grouped according to performance and similarities.
4. each car will start from the pit, with 6sec or more interval each car...
this way, most of the time you will be on your own.... you wont catch up to another car or wont be overtaken by other cars unless you're really fast/slow
5. each group will get at least 3 runs (or more).
6. each run will be 7 laps (1 warm up, 5 hot lap, 1 cool down).
so each car will get at least 3x7 laps = 21 laps....
7. the left over time, will be used either for: another extra runs, OR individual runs (one car get 2 full laps by them self on the track. this is a good oportunity for each of the driver to drive as they please without worrying about other cars)
1 day Track hire cost: $3500 (including insurance - driver is insured, not the car)
emergency assistance (fire truck and ambulance): $300

total: $3800 (we divide it into the amount of cars)
cost per person = $136*
(*for 28 cars participant, will be less if we got more cars)
1 year AASA track licence (you only need this if u dont have racing licence):
$45 per driver - if you already have CAMS licence, you wont need to pay AASA licence
optional: AMB transmitter (timing device):
$15 per car
BANKING DETAIL:
$100 deposit at once
or
2x$50 deposit

there will be 98ron and 100ron petrol station, but the 100 are 10% ethanol. so please bring at least 5 litre extra fuel in fuel can, and we will all fill full tank up on the last town before the track...
things to bring:
1. water
2. Helmet
3. long sleeve... no short sleeve
4. long pants... no shorts!
5. shoes... no sandal!
6. can of extra fuel
7. we might not have flags on the day, so it will be good if everyone have walkie talkie / CB... with full battery of course
RULES:
General:
No Alcohol at the event.
You must have a helmet and neck to wrist to ankle clothing.
Any Reckless or dangerous driving (burn outs, donuts etc) and you will be asked to leave on the spot without refund. You will not be invited back.
Driving:
No passengers allowed in your car on the track.
No speeding in pit lane. (40km/h max)
Overtaking is only allowed on the straight(s) after the driver ahead has signaled with indicators.
The driver being overtaken must back off and allow the overtake maneuver to occur before the next corner.
NO tail-gating. The following driver must maintain at least 1 car lengths (5m) bumper to bumper at any time unless overtaking.
Use your rear vision mirrors. Be aware of where you are and who is around you on the track.
Car Condition:
The condition of the car is the responsibility of the individual. If you do not know if your car is up to standard have it checked / serviced by a professional mechanic before track day. especially check for oil leak, brake pads, and tyres
Tyres:
1. No Tyres that have expired rubber. i.e. Rubber has gone hard.
2. No physical signs of damage.
3. Tyres must have reasonable tread remaining.
Engine:
1. No Oil Leaks
2. No Water Leaks.
3. Good running condition.
