heres the story to back up the topic :)
i recently took my v6 astina to gold coast mazda for the 100 000km service the timing belt service, its all ways been taken to them for the services. I drop it in, in the mornin, they said theyd call if there was anything wrong, i get a call at 5pm there closing time to say they put the timing belt back in to the car and it will not be ready till about 5pm the next day and they cant do it now cos he doesnt want to pay his men overtime. so i wait and have to catch the bus*shudders* to uni. so i pick it up and drive home and the car was acting weird, over revving, idling at about 2K costanly, rangeing, excessive fuel consumption, missing at low revs. i had to wait a week to take it back cos i had to get to work and uni. i only got 250km out a full tank! so i take it back in and it takes them the whole day to figure out whats wrong......the ppl that did the service forgot to plug the engine temp sensor back in to the computer, so the comp thought the engine was perminantly cold so it pumped in as much fuel as possable to heat it up.
and they didnt even say sorry the doodgy bastards!!
