Ok,
i know im new here and all but i thought this could be a kinda cool thread...
Just wondering if anyone has named their car and if so, what??
I'm trying to think of a name for mine...but my brain hasnt been working since uni holidays started :p

My GF is actually a little bit jealous of my car (BA 97 Astina).. My GF's name is Tina....

When I first got my car she was saying stuff like "Now there's another 'tina in your life.. which comes first?"

Now it's more like, "you're not getting lucky tonight, so you'll have to go ride your other 'tina"

It's other 'ride' or 'drive', depending on how much I pissed her off, or didn't buy her enough flowers, or wasn't tender enough, or didn't say 'I love you' back over the phone, or many other things... hehehe :)

Just got my car lowered and will be getting new wheels... Looks like I'm Tina-whipped car-wise and GF-wise...

Oh... car name is 'Right Hand Drive'.......... Because RHD are the letters on number plate..

Mine had the unfortunate event that turned its name to "girly"
I was racing a Type R and when we were neck and neck I rubbed the dash and said "c'mon girly" and Amanda laughed and dubbed it so and has never let me forget it

Like I recently said to Amanda "How many guys get to pull their girly apart and put them back together the way they want! And I am in charge of her weight loss ;)

Funnily enough, my cars names rarely have anything to do with the plates.

My first car was a Jap spec 1969 Corolla Sprinter, and it was known as the Stirling Moss or the CherryBomb depending on how I was feeling.
There has been Elizabeth the old Regal Valiant in the past.

Currently, our big blue XR6turbo is Bruce, the MX5 is Missy or Misato, the Honda is Arnold and the Lynx isn't really anything yet.
The Lynx might end up being called the Spud LOL
Eyes like a spud and round especially around the rear end.... we'll see

Much to my disscust my car was named Carl, Because one of my mates has a blue mirage and his mom named it Marge, his girlfriend and i have been friends for ages and her car is a silver lancer and my car being dark, She kept with the SIMPSONS theme and shes lenny and im carl.

they came across a crappy white lancer wagon and we named it Ralph cause it was really slow.
the whole group of us have car names related to simularities of the car and charactures
its a fun way to name your car.

my number plate is ECG859....coincidentally, my mum is a nurse and my dad is a doctor...ECG stands for : Electro-cardio-graph...but i didnt name my car that...wayyyy tooo long
But yeah...im thinking Blaze or Alfie (nothing to do with the number plate but meh) Blaze cos its red, and Alfie cos i watched that movie the other night and i like the actor :P
Anyways, if anyone can think of a name to do with the number plate, let me know.

since i got my BG its been dubbed "asty" - as original as it is im very surprised that no one has seemed to claim that name on ere ... the number plates for it are 708chh so not much coulda been done there

Hey,
Yeah i liked Jude Law in the movie, but it wasnt the best movie i've ever seen. Thought it was kinda cool the way he like spoke to the camera etc throughout, just something different but yeah.
Jude Law was hot in that movie!!
