If anyone needs help with the BG Astina I can help.

I've wired in a Pioneer 1650d unit after having much much much trouble with a broken immobiliser and so on, I have a pretty good know how of it all.

hehe wires r easy.. when u take your speakers off to replace just write down wat wire went on the + terminal and what colour is the - terminal.. and u should have no prob then connecting those wires to a new headunit as most headunits sold have a wiering diagram of what wire goes where.. mine had 1 in a book and also on the player itself.

i AM LOOKING AT PUTTING A JVC dvd reader HU in a BG. Does anybody know if there is an adapter available to fit the Mazda plug and connect to JVC plug, so I dont have to cut any wires please? Also is there a neat way to fill the spare space with only a 1-din unit in there?
I know there is a mob here who make such things, just cant think of their name.......of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most.
thanks,
jp

yep
defintly worth the $14 or how ever much
mine didnt fit actually even thoguh it was the mazda one
i had to sand off like about .04 mm off each side
but yeah :)
n defanitly re wire all them speakers its worth the difference in sound :)
