just wondering a few things
were are the places to go ie: night clubs, pubs
were are the good places to stay? (close to the above)
does anything exciting happen on queens birthday long weekend?

me and a few mates were thinking about visiting the gong for the long weekend :D

Not an expert but places like Glasshouse, Bourbon St Nightclub, Coonies are ok. Depends what your into. The Illawarra Hotel is good for RnB and stuff but not really my scene.

Plenty of places to stay, just check out the yellow pages or somthin. Your prob lookin around $100 or so per night, depends on the quality of rooms size etc.

Dunno about queens bday, if its a weekend there will be alot of cars @ South Beach.
