Welcome aboard Tim...

We hope you enjoy your stay.

And the disturbed sense of humour goes all the way to the top...

*Kitty looks at everyone, including you Dan!*

Ask plenty of questions, and don't be surprised at the answers you get! The guys on here are really helpful in many ways  but genuinely nice people...

WHO SAID THAT??????

:o

And if you are bored this weekend, feel free to come to Canberra and watch several of us take the front end off our cars..... heck, join in and fit a Cold Air Intake to yours....

as I said before....

Welcome aboard, please watch your step as you board the insanity and ensure you seat belts are fastened, it's a rocky but fun trip!

Hehe, good one Kitty.

Yeah, welcome Tim. Apart from Astina's, what you into? Hobbies and the like.

Ahh, yeah, the demented sense of humour here, hmm, watch out for the big posters on this site and it does go all the way to the top. One thing you should expect is for any topics to go "off-topic" at any moment, so, just watch out for that.

Have fun!! There's no escape...

thanks for the welcome..

to answer some of the questions/comments...

i wasn't looking for an astina when i bought it, well i wasn't even looking for a new car.. lets just say the right car came up at the right price. 2 days later i bought it :D , 6 weeks later i drove it  . i had to sell my previous car before i could pick this one up. at least it had a home in my fiance's parents garage - and i got a chance to polish it before i had to drive it everywhere.

hobbies/interests -
* cars (duh) now astina's, always charades :D
* motorsport - most categories/classes
* my 'family' - fiance and kid (ok so its our dog :P ) the dog is an alaskan malamute, and very cute and loving.. the fiance is also cute and loving
* computers - trying to get a start in IT
* music - listening, watching bands

toyboy - not sure if it was me, probably not as i don't go into town much.
my car has TIM-24D plates on it.

i figured the towbar would be handy, not that i have anything to tow, but it came with the car, and a jetski would be nice 8)

umm details on this car - it is almost standard, except for things listed earlier. as i said before i want to get the window tinting redone, and now i want a new head unit - the standard CD player isn't too flash (considering i've always had a clarion stacker before this car). i also want to fix some 'existing' damage - stupid retaining walls (at least i wasn't driving)

.::Astina|Brad::.

Love the avatar 'tim'. Was going to make some smart-arse remark like

"... some people call me...Tim...", but wasn't sure if you'd get it.

Good to see another Towbar though - Esp after Dan telling me to unbolt mine - I should say that you might need someone with a towbar currently - Mr Gaping hole in engine bay boy....

Quiet you! :P

And Tim, i've never heard an Alaskan Malamute described as 'cute'...'large', 'hairy' perhaps, but not cute....unless it's still small

well he is kinda cute, and pretty large and hairy. last time weighed he was 49kgs, and he is still growing as he is 19 months old.

he likes sleeping on the lounge, and jumping up on the bed for a wake up call. he even managed to sit on my lap on the lounge the other night

he isn't malting much now as he is getting his winter coat, but after winter we usually get bags of hair off him :?

tim
06-05-2003, 03:31 PM
ours is pretty tall. when he walks around his nose is just about the height of the kitchen bench...

when he stands on his back legs he is almost as tall as i am, and i'm somewhere just under 6 foot..

i'll see if i can find a recent photo, i know we have old ones from when my fiance could pick him up easily, and really old ones from when he was 2 days old :D
