ive been lookin at exhausts for my car lately and ive found noone makes extractors for the v6 :cry: and if i wanna get some custom made its goin to be like $1k up. :cry:

so if any one knows any company that makes them or sells them or does cheap but good custom extractors....

damn it owning a non highly modifyed car :(

You sure a MX6 extractors for the 2.5L cant be made to fit ??

When considering options for my 2.5 transplant, i was told noone makes extractors for the mx6 either... gotta get them custom made too

thats just rumor though...

damn!!!!!

any one here have the magical abilty to make extractors for the v6 for cheap :) :D hehe

i will have to put up with the stocky extractors then.... or untill i become magicly rich :D

Would probably be an idea to check, maybe somewhere does make them... i'm just saying what i heard from someone, who probably heard it from someone else etc :)

there are extractors for the 2.5L engine but its for the left hand drive model

Bad news on the V6 extractor front.
My 4 cyl exhaust broke on the way back from Canberra last weekend, I had it patched today but it won't last.
The broken piece is a 90 degree bend from the headers. It's about 350mm long and only available genuine (for $480 aprox :shock: ). Midas quoted $380 for extractors, fitted :D

I had the same piece go on me not long before i got rid of my old exhaust...i think Midas wanted about $100 to replace just that

would the mx-6 2.5 extractors fit on the astinas v6, they would be cheaper than customs and better flow than the stockky ones...

Doubt it if they are only made for LHD cars as mentioned above.
