just a quick question - i think ive read somewhere that the mx5 and the 323s are similar in some parts? i might be wrong, but would a set of coilovers be the same for each car??
Thanks..

nope, they are different. you might find that the strut feet are the same fitment, but that'll be all.

The Astina BP engine is almost the same as the Mx-5, the 4 cyl share the same wheel stud placement and they are both made by Mazda.

so im guessing that means that mx5 coilovers wouldnt work?

Thanks for all your quick help!

The Mx-5 also have a very different suspension geometry, they are very different.

bg suspension coilovers -> use either D2 + G4 (with modded strut tops) or Hotbitz coilovers.
