I have to be honest and say I think the SP23 wheels are to sharp looking for such a smooth sleek looking car.

You got too many cars! :p

I don't mind that at all. :)

Is that black rub strip even straight though? I know it's done keeping the level of the guards, but...yuck!

very nice choice cuz.... the wheels look good on the car. i have to agree with rupe on this 1 about the black moulds. they just dont look good on the smooth doors and body of the BA astinas.. + looks crooked lol

yes the Black strips

The strips hmm
well it's easy to explain This car when bought last was on hornsby Mazda's lot.
it's one owner. It had nothing of wear on major parts or interior and had cruise added.
it did not have the factory alloys ? Dont' know dont' care. it did originally have everyoption as all the books were with it.
so front bonnet -head light etc but they were all missing.
The owner had up untill 2001 serviced it every 5000 ks at hornsby mazda - car had 90,000 or so by the time 05 came by it had 110,000 when we bought it but it had only had 5 services done in the 4 years. My guess old guy which would explain the black strips . I want to remove but this is not my car - It is in that I bought it picked it etc but I can't see the point in making it easier to mark as it's a shopping machine and I use it untill the TX-5 is ready for to go.
The Mx-6 is for weekend as a daily with a race seat is not great. Was when I did it but after the car accident in which the Astina repalces the old wagon well.

On one note the Astina the slowest car own. In fact it's only a bit faster then the old wagon.
The Tx-5 is offically the quickest as it's had 14.8 from the orignal owner in QLD.
the mx-6 only ever ran once in auto mode with min mods 10psi peck about 8 ave ran 15.9 about .3 off factory.
The Tx-5 is lightest car.
and my other car I have to care take the VR holden is POS.

As for badges I've got some of the older type I'm thinking or at least my old man said to put in but I'm also thinking of adding the bird emblem. Don't know yet.

The black strip - I put like this I need it but if I do remove it I remove it. Was thinking of dropping it but again I just drove it home tonight and slamme it across all speed humps ? don't have much clearance as it is. It' why I like my old wagon - blocked road no island was too big. gutters etc. No need for 4WD it did it.
But I'm really tempeted to do repeater if I keep the car long enough. It might get tradded on a latter model car. Or If it becomes mine latter on ? I'll trade it as it's too small for me.
Car is almost phyiscally as big as the Tx-5 yet I can fit in the Tx-5 no worries and so can my 6ft tall mates. but in the BA HT it's too tight.

sorry to go on
