interesting looking intake manifold.

That air vent in the bonnet really is useless though - you want it to direct cold air to the pod don't you ? But the pod is upwind and will be sucking hot air.

Maybe it's there to keep the battery cool...

Thankx for all the reactions!! (and questions... ;) )

I't indeed a mazda 323F, 1.5 16v GLX.
The scoop at the hood is only for the looks. It's nog open so no wet batterie of other ****....... :D
The same with the front mounted air-box (every nob thinks it's an intercooler...) that's only for show use too. That' because the K&N 57i kit works really great so it will be stupid to change it.

I hope I can fit my new High wing + doorhandels this week.

About me, I'm 34 years old, live together with my girlfriend and son (who's almost 2 years) in Woensdrecht. That's a small town in the south of Holland, very close to the coast and Belgium. We own two mazda's, a 626 and the 323f.

I'm member of the Southwesttuners (a small tuning club with some friends) and the 323fclub holland. Sometimes I'm also active at forum of the club323f.

That's all I can tell for the moment. More questions? Just ask. I'm gonna take a look around at your forum !! ;)

Take a look at www.southwesttuners.nl ;)

airbox AND a pod ? never seen that before !

So does it have a pipe which directs the air towards the pod then ?

ive got it on my BG, just put the POD onto the bottom of the airbox, taken out the air filter in the airbox and it all looks stock :D but im still yet to cut out my firewall or the bottom of the well to get more air flowing there...

A "pod" is an open air filter? As you can read the (intercooler look) airbox is not connected. ;)

So you're the funny guy around here ?? ;)

The "highwing" is a pakfeifer spoiler. It's bigger than the orriginal GT-wing, but nog as huge as the carmate or the shogun. I like it more subtle.

This one.... ;)

Drum brakes are normal on a 1.5 and a 1.8, but most important..... they work. ;) Can't say that of all the rear disk from mazda.

The second red car has a pakfeifer kit on it (I don't know a veilside kit for the mazda 323f), front bump, sideskirts, rear-apron and a highwing. It has also been resprayed in Velocity Red.
