Because my car is a jappa and the speedo is ghey and only goes to 180km, I want to whip it out and throw in the NZ new one which goes to 240km. However, then it would be all out of calibration and read the wrong speeds, how do you overcome/recalibrate this?

Cheers

Good news,
The sender is the same, being all electric the difference is in the guage. Choose a low km speedo to improve the resale value :D

Oh, so are you telling me that its as simple as plug and play? However, I am a little confused, can I not keep my current odometer or something?

no, you'll have to adjust the new odometer to your current settings - or you can get a pro to do it if you're not comfortable doing it.

And i think it'll get rid of the 180kph speed cut, too
