Super realism is what Mike Villena is all about and his Tamiya M02 M-chassis with Eunos (Miata) body is a perfect example of his attention to detail and scratch building abilities. The roadster you see here is no plastic model retrofitted onto a RC car chassis, but a super-detailed polycarbonate body. Mike uses common materials like styrene plastic, fuel tubing, fiberglass, brass tubing, brass shim stock, Bondo, and even tissues to create this masterpiece. The more you look at the car, the more you realize how much effort went into its creation. Check out the pictures below to see how he did it.

Quite a few rainy evenings have gone into that. I love the piping detail in the engine bay. Does it get used as an RC car tho? Or is it just nice to look at :D
